Her father car leave inside the river. Both D'Arcy and her mother are sad because her father and husband death. D'Arcy has a step sister called Claire. D'Arcy is kind of annoyed that Claire look fine after D'Arcy father die. The way her father die was that the car went into the river and they don't know anything else.D'Arcy and Claire were not close at all. This was the first time they  hug each not even when they were little girls. Claire is jealous of D'Arcy because D'Arcy and her father have the same hair and Claire does not. D'Arcy want Claire to leave so everything would go back to normal. D'Arcy ask her mother where she put her father thing. She was not happy that her mother had give her father things to people. She has a friend called Seth. One day D'Arcy was at school her mother when to pick her up she thought something bad had happened and it was to find out that her father death might have been a suicide.
